QED's Staff Development Plus contract is what you are looking for.

The Staff Development Plus contract means that a QED consultant will:

• carry out a training needs analysis and advise what training is needed across the organisation
• review professional development requirements and your quality management system
• advise on NZQA EER and industry-specific AMAP requirements regarding staff and qualifications
• negotiate an organisation professional development plan with you that spreads the cost of training over monthly payments
• advise on the most cost effective options for training
• deliver training within your organisation in the areas of adult teaching, assessment, moderation, quality management or business management at times that suit you and your staff.
