QED's Quality Plus contract is what you are looking for.

The Quality Plus contract means that a QED consultant will:

• review your QMS for compliance with NZQA QAS1 and generate a review report
• review your documents relating to the Code of Practice for the Pastoral Care of International Students and generate a review report
• audit the operation of your policies and procedures to ensure that they are being consistently applied and generate a report
• make two follow-up visits during the year to check that you are applying your policies and procedures. Systems that will be checked include staff appraisal and development, moderation of assessment, reporting to NZQA, student entry, programme review, student evaluations and student fee protection.

The Quality Plus contract is valid for 12 months and can be renewed annually like an insurance policy.

Cost: from $200 per month, depending on the size of your organisation.
