- Do staff members have professional development plans that are being used?
QED's People Plus contract is what you are looking for.
The People Plus contract means that a QED consultant will:
- partner with you to conduct annual appraisals with staff members in accord with your QMS
- assist you to carry out annual professional development interviews with staff members
- negotiate and document a professional development plan for staff members
- update each staff member's job description
- check that each staff member has a current employment contract and a current CV on file
- coach you to effectively have those 'difficult' conversations
The People Plus contract valid for 12 months and can be renewed annually like an insurance policy. People Plus costs will be negotiated with you and spread over monthly payments.
Cost: from $150 per staff member.
