Profile

Nikki's background as Director of Studies, Head of Department and tutor with a major Private Training Establishment has given her an extensive knowledge of the broad range of issues facing PTEs.

Quality management system design, implementation and maintenance are one of Nikki's specialties. She also has expertise with audits, Code of Practice applications, compliance issues, tutor development, moderation and programme review and design.

Her clients range from new start-up PTEs to those who are established businesses. All clients appreciate the quality of Nikki's practical experience.
