Aly McNicoll

Profile

Aly has extensive experience as a trainer in the business, government and not for profit sectors. She has a degree in adult education and training, has trained tutors at a major NZ Polytechnic for 7 years and currently works with businesses and tertiary institutions in the area of workplace learning by training coaches, mentors and workplace assessors.

She has worked with teams and organisations throughout Australasia and is a regular presenter at international conferences including the American Society for Training & Development, the European Mentoring & Coaching Council and the Australian Institute of Training & Development.

Recent projects include:

• Sky City Limited: Developed a systems manual for trainers with an accompanying 'Train the Trainers' course
• NZ Trade & Enterprise Mentoring Programme
• Unitec Institute of Technology: Faculty of Architecture & Design - 'Becoming World Class'. Designed and faciltated a 2 day strategic planning conference for 140 people
• Waikato Institute of Technology: Management Development Series
• Employers & Manufacturers Association: Leading Teams to Success Conference
