Audits

If you are a PTE that receives funding from TEC, you are probably aware that you have to meet TEC’s accountability and reporting requirements. To monitor that these requirements are being met, TEC may conduct an on-site audit. Failure to meet these requirements could result in a loss of funding.

If you have been notified of an upcoming TEC audit but want a pre-audit to check that you cover all the criteria in the funding guide, then QED Associates can assist you. Please use our contact form or phone (09) 8184289.

Consultancy

Reviewing your training programmes

One of the quality systems training providers are required to have is a system for formally reviewing their courses or programmes.

PTEs often fall down on this requirement at the time of audit.

How does your organisation stack up?

You may feel you don’t have a solid programme review process in place or you’re unsure of the criteria to use. You might also feel you are lacking the time or in-house expertise to undertake a formal programme review preferring instead to have this done for you by an external reviewer.

QED Associates can help you to:

  • develop a review process
  • develop appropriate review tools
  • undertake programme reviews for you in those areas where we have resident subject expertise

If you would like us to assist you, please use our contact form or phone (09) 818 4289.
